The Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca is the most exciting new opening in the north of the island: launched in June 2025, it is the first Destination by Hyatt property on Mallorca – born from the complete renovation of the former Palace de Muro, with 184 rooms and suites right on the beach at Playa de Muro.

For cyclists, the location is the headline: the resort sits in the heart of Mallorca’s most important cycling hub, where the legendary Mallorca 312 starts and finishes. The s’Albufera natural park with its flat, quiet warm-up roads begins at the doorstep, and the classics of the north – Formentor, Lluc, Sa Calobra – are all within a day’s reach. After the ride, the Sarena Spa takes over with its hydrotherapy and thermal circuit, and in the evening the kitchen is run by the team of Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra.
