Booking
How does the booking process work?
Once we receive your booking enquiry, we process it immediately and aim to confirm within a few minutes. Upon successful booking you’ll receive an official confirmation with all the relevant details. Our goal is to make the booking process as smooth as possible so you can focus entirely on your ride.
When is payment due?
Payment is due once your booking has been confirmed. You’ll receive an email with a link to the payment portal. Cash payments are not accepted. We accept PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
What are the cancellation fees?
You can cancel a confirmed booking at any time free of charge. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can make the bike available to other riders.
Pick-up or delivery – what are the options?
Collection is currently only available from our base in Can Picafort (Ctra. Artà-Alcúdia 103, 07458 Can Picafort).
For added convenience we offer an island-wide delivery service: between 09:00 and 18:00, 365 days a year, we’ll bring your bike directly to any address. The combined delivery and collection fee is €60 per booking – regardless of the number of bikes, charged once for the first bike. This rate applies across the entire island.
Please have a valid ID ready at handover.
By what time must bikes be returned on the last day?
Bikes must be returned by closing time on the final rental day. Our opening hours are Mon–Sun 10:00–18:00. Collection on the first day should also take place within these hours. For special arrangements regarding pick-up or return, please contact us in advance.
Is a deposit required at collection?
No deposit is required at collection. We simply need a copy of your ID as security for the rental. Our aim is to make the rental process as straightforward as possible.
Do I need to reserve in advance or can I just drop by?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially in the main season (Feb–May & Oct–Nov). Spontaneous rentals are possible in principle, but availability cannot be guaranteed — popular sizes (M, L) often sell out quickly.
The best way is to book through our website or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Bikes
What does the insurance cover?
Insurance is included in our all-inclusive prices and covers damage to the bike caused by a fall or accident. Theft of the bike is not covered. The insurance cost is already included in your total price.
Is the bike adjusted to me at handover?
Yes, a basic bike setup is always included. At handover, our team adjusts the saddle, handlebar and clamps to suit you — for a comfortable and efficient riding position. It’s not a professional studio bike fitting in the strict sense, but you’ll be well set up for relaxed rides around the island.
Is a helmet included, and what accessories come with the bike?
A helmet is not included, but available for a one-off fee of €10 (sizes S, M, L). Every bike comes equipped with a repair kit — a spare inner tube, tyre levers and a pump.
For an additional fee we also offer: pedals (Look Kéo / SPD / SPD-SL), a Garmin Edge 1050 + Varia radar, a Garmin Edge Explore 2, a Garmin Rally power meter and a Garmin/Wahoo mount. You’re also welcome to bring your own pedals, saddle or other components — we’ll fit them free of charge at handover. Please request extras when booking.
Which frame size fits my height?
We offer our bikes in various frame sizes (3XS to 2XL, depending on the model). The right size depends on your height and inseam length.
During booking, the available sizes are shown with recommended height ranges. If you’re unsure, just send us your height and inseam — we’re happy to advise.
On site you can test the bike and switch if needed (subject to availability).
Equipment
Which pedals are fitted to the bikes? Can I bring my own?
By default, our road bikes come with Look Kéo-compatible pedals. We also offer:
- SPD pedals (MTB system)
- SPD-SL pedals (Shimano Road)
Pedal swap: €10 one-off (regardless of rental duration).
You can also bring your own pedals — we’ll fit them free of charge at handover. A pedal wrench is available on site.
Please let us know which pedal system you need when booking, so we can prepare everything.
Can I bring my own saddle or other equipment?
Yes! You can bring your own saddle, pedals or other components. We’ll fit everything free of charge at handover.
If you can’t bring tools in your hand luggage — no problem, we have everything you need on site.
Pricing
Is there a discount for longer rentals?
Yes! For longer rental periods we offer tiered discounts — the more days, the lower the effective daily rate. The exact prices are calculated automatically at booking.
Group bookings (from 5 bikes) can also qualify for discounts on request. Just get in touch!
