Puerto Pollensa – Port de Pollença on the road signs – has been the classic base camp of northern Mallorca's road-cycling scene for decades, shaped every spring by British clubs in particular. Mornings start with an easy roll along the Pine Walk promenade, and then comes the most famous ride-out on the island: the panoramic road to Cap Formentor.
All that's missing is the bike – and that's what we bring. Our station is in Can Picafort, about 20 minutes away. Instead of tying you to a rental counter, we bring the bike to where the holiday actually happens: by the time you check in, it is waiting at your accommodation in Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa – insured, puncture kit packed, ready to ride – and collect it there at the end, while you're already on the way to the airport.

From Puerto Pollensa: the island's most famous ride-out
Cap Formentor: nowhere else does a classic start this close to your door. From the edge of town the road winds up to the Mirador Es Colomer and on across the peninsula – around 18 kilometres to the lighthouse at Mallorca's northernmost point. Set off early: less traffic, and soft light over the cliffs.
Gateway to the Tramuntana: through Pollensa old town you ride straight onto the Coll de Femenia – the classic way up towards the Lluc monastery, from where everything links up: Sa Batalla, Puig Major and, on the big days, the 26 hairpins down to Sa Calobra. Do you deliver hire bikes to hotels in Puerto Pollensa? +
Yes – the hotels along the Pine Walk, fincas above Pollensa old town and apartments out at Cala Sant Vicenç are all on our regular delivery run. We drop the bike at reception and collect it at the end of your stay. From our station in Can Picafort we can be with you in about 20 minutes.
What does bike delivery to Puerto Pollensa cost? +
Delivery and collection are a one-off €60 per booking, however many bikes you order. Prefer to collect yourself? Pick-up is free at our bike station in Can Picafort (Ctra. Artà-Alcúdia 103, open daily 10 am to 6 pm).
Can I hire a road bike in Puerto Pollensa? +
Yes – most of our fleet are carbon road bikes from Factor and Canyon, and few places suit them better: the Cap Formentor climb starts practically at your hotel door. Gravel bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes are available too – from €25 per day on the weekly rate.
How do pedals and bike fit work? +
You give us your measurements when you book and we set the bike up in advance. We fit your own pedals free of charge; clipless pedals from us (SPD-SL, SPD or Look Kéo) are €10 per hire. Insurance and a puncture kit are always included.
