Factor dealers are rare – the brand deliberately sells through only a few selected partners, so finding a shop with your dream bike on the floor is hard almost anywhere in Europe. That is the gap we fill: advice in English or German, purchase at the official list price, and shipping fully assembled across Germany, Austria and the whole EU – including sizing advice based on your body measurements before you order.
And instead of a showroom visit you get something better: the test ride on Mallorca. Many of our customers combine the purchase with their training camp – test the bike here, have it delivered at home. No customs within the EU, full Factor warranty through us as the dealer.
Factor prices: what does each model cost?
The price of a Factor comes down to three levers: the model (ONE, Ostro VAM, Monza …), the groupset (Shimano 105 Di2 through Ultegra Di2 to Dura-Ace Di2, or the SRAM equivalents) and the wheels (Black Inc in various rim depths). Framesets are available separately; complete bikes range from the mid four figures to the low five figures depending on the build.
We sell exclusively at official Factor list prices – no markups, no hidden costs. Because Factor adjusts prices by model year and configuration, we quote you the current price in a binding offer: request your model and build, receive the exact price with a delivery date, decide at your own pace.

Yes. Elite Sports Mallorca is an official Factor dealer. You buy at official Factor list prices, with the full manufacturer warranty, professional final assembly and personal advice – in English, German or Spanish.
Do you ship to Germany, the UK and the EU? +
We ship Factor bikes professionally packed across the EU, assembled and checked. On Mallorca we hand your bike over in person at our station in Can Picafort, including a bike fit. For destinations outside the EU, ask us for options.
What is Test Ride & Buy? +
The advantage no online shop can offer: hire your chosen model from us on Mallorca and test it where road bikes have to prove themselves – Sa Calobra, Cap de Formentor, Puig Major. If it convinces you, we credit your hire towards the purchase. You never buy blind.

That depends on model, build and Factor availability – in-stock builds ship much faster than custom configurations. Your binding quote always names a concrete delivery date before you commit.
